Opportunities for Additional Information. The Purchaser acknowledges that he has had the opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from, or obtain additional information from, the executive officers of the Company concerning the financial and other affairs of the Company, and to the extent deemed necessary in light of the Purchaser’s personal knowledge of the Company’s affairs, the Purchaser has asked such questions and received in writing answers to the full satisfaction of the Purchaser, and the Purchaser desires to invest in the Company. Specifically, but not by way of limitation, the Purchaser acknowledges the Company’s publicly available filings made periodically with the SEC, which filings are available at xxx.xxx.xxx and which filings the Purchaser acknowledges reviewing or having had the opportunity of reviewing. The Purchaser acknowledges that the purchase of the Securities involves a high degree of risk and is subject to many uncertainties. These risks and uncertainties may adversely affect the Company’s business, operating results and financial condition. In such an event, the trading price for the Common Stock could decline substantially and Purchaser could lose all or part of its investment. Purchaser is urged to review the risks identified under the Risk Factors section of Company’s Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2017, as filed with the SEC on March 16, 2018.
