Opportunity for Response. A copy of the evaluations shall be sent to the Employee. The Employee may attach a written response to the evaluation statements for inclusion in the Employee's personnel file.
Opportunity for Response. 2.6.1 The employee will ordinarily be given at least 3 working days (from the date of reasonable receipt of correspondence or verbal discussions) in which to be heard or respond in writing to any allegations put to them.
