Such Purchaser acknowledges that such Purchaser has read and fully understandings this Agreement that such Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the Company’s counsel does not represent the Purchaser and has no obligations to the Purchasers under his Agreement or otherwise. Such Purchaser acknowledges that Such Purchase has had sufficient opportunity to consult independent legal counsel concerning the provisions of this Agreement and entered into this Agreement intending to be legally bound. Such Purchasers are relying solely upon the advice of their own independent counsel.
