Employee has been informed by the Company that Employee has the right to consult with an attorney (at Employee's own expense) before signing this General Release and Agreement, and that Employee has twenty-one (21) days after the date on which Employee received this General Release and Agreement to consider whether or not Employee wishes to sign it.
