Common use of Opportunity to Seek Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Seek Counsel. Executive acknowledges by signing this Agreement that he/she has read and understands this document, that he/she has conferred with or had the opportunity to confer with an attorney of his choice regarding the terms and meaning of this Agreement, that he/she has had sufficient time to consider the terms provided for in this Agreement, that no representations or inducements have been made to his/her as set forth herein, and that he/she has signed the same knowingly and voluntarily.
