For this reason, Employee may wish to seek independent legal advice before accepting the terms stated herein. The Employee acknowledges that he has had an opportunity to seek such independent legal advice. The Employee acknowledges that he has read and understands the provisions contained herein and acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Agreement.
