Common use of Opportunity to Vote Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Vote. All members shall be afforded an opportunity to vote concerning the acceptance or rejection of their Collective Bargaining Agreement. No union representative may affix his/her signature to such agreement until ratification has taken place.
