Opt-Out Communications Sample Clauses

Opt-Out Communications. Class Counsel agree not to represent, encourage, or solicit, in any way whatsoever, any person seeking exclusion as a Settlement Class Member or any other person seeking to litigate with the Released Parties over any Released Claims in this Action. This section is not intended in any way to limit the ability of Class Counsel to communicate or advise any Settlement Class Member regarding what they need to do to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
