OPTION AGREEMENTS IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. 4.1 Except for the acceleration of the vesting of the Options upon a Change in Control or upon a Termination Event, as provided for in this Amendment, all of the terms of the Option Agreements remain in full force and effect.
