Option B - Prepayment of Basic Rent. The County may elect to have such Net Proceeds applied to the prepayment of all of the principal component of Basic Rent, plus interest accrued to the date of prepayment set forth in Section 4.3, and after such election the Bondholder shall (upon receiving such Net Proceeds) redeem the Bond.
