Common use of Option Closing Dates Clause in Contracts

Option Closing Dates. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, there shall be no more than five Option Closing Dates after the Closing Date. The Over-Allotment Option shall automatically expire, and the Company shall have no further obligation to convey to the Underwriter any Option Units, after payment and delivery for any Option Units on the fifth Option Closing Date following the Closing Date.
