Option Commencement Date Sample Clauses

Option Commencement Date. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Option Commencement Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date that the Purchase Price is determined pursuant to Section 5.10, if the Option Trust Certificates may be or are required to be purchased at such Purchase Price, or (ii) the Valuation Date, as defined in clauses (i) through (vii), inclusive, of Section 5.10(b).
