Option Confers No Rights as a Stockholder. The holder of the Option shall not be entitled to any privileges of ownership with respect to shares of Stock subject to the Option unless and until such shares are purchased and delivered upon an exercise of the Option and the holder becomes a stockholder of record with respect to such delivered shares. The holder shall not be considered a stockholder of the Company with respect to any shares not so purchased and delivered.
