Common use of Option for Changes in Contract Services Clause in Contracts

Option for Changes in Contract Services. The Department has the option to modify this Contract, including adding or reducing services and/or program capacity, changing the restrictiveness level, and/or changing the location of the program during the term of this Contract. The optioned services shall be consistent with and/or enhance the original intent and purpose of the original Contract. The optioned services may not commence before the execution of the amendment. Delivery of changed services shall be upon the terms, conditions, and rate agreed in the exercise of the options of this Contract.
