Option for Divested Companies. In the event that such Divested Company requests Royal Philips in writing with the written support of PSI within 180 days after its divestment to enter into a license agreement with Royal Philips as specified in Clause 4.15, then Royal Philips shall enter into such license agreement with such Divested Company forthwith.
Option for Divested Companies. In the event that such Divested Company requests PSI in writing with the written support of Royal Philips within 180 days after its divestment to enter into a license agreement with PSI Group as specified in Clause 3.6, then PSI Group shall enter into such license agreement with such Divested Company forthwith.
