Option for Exclusive License. 4.1 BOARD hereby grants OPTIONEE an exclusive option to acquire an exclusive, worldwide license to practice PATENT RIGHTS and TECHNOLOGY RIGHTS under terms set forth in the License Agreement attached as Attachment A. 4.2 OPTIONEE may exercise its option at any time during the OPTION PERIOD by delivering to UNIVERSITY three executed copies of the License Agreement in Attachment A.
