OPTION/LICENSE FEES. In addition to the payments under Section 4.1, Kos shall make the following lump sum payments to Fuisz in consideration of the option and licenses granted hereunder, such lump sum payments not being creditable except as otherwise expressly provided herein toward royalty or other payments due hereunder:
