Common use of Option of Holder as to Place of Payment Clause in Contracts

Option of Holder as to Place of Payment. Except as otherwise provided herein, all sums which may at any time become payable, whether on the maturity date, on redemption or on a declaration by the Trustee pursuant to section 6.3 or otherwise, on account of any Trust Notes or any interest shall be payable at the option of the Holder at any of the places at which the principal of and interest on such Trust Notes are payable.
