Common use of Option of Investors Clause in Contracts

Option of Investors. (a) Each Investor shall have an option for a period often (10) days following receipt of the Transfer Notice (the “Option Period”) to elect to purchase all or any portion of its Pro Rata Share of the Offered Shares at the same price and subject to the same terms and conditions as described in the Transfer Notice, by notifying the Transferor and the Company in writing before expiration of the Option Period as to the number of such Offered Shares that it wishes to purchase.
