Common use of Option; Option Price Clause in Contracts

Option; Option Price. On behalf of the Company, the Committee hereby grants to the Optionee the option (the "Option") to purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan (which are incorporated by reference herein and which in all cases shall control in the event of any conflict with the terms, definitions and provisions of this Agreement), [# OF SHARES] shares of Common Stock of the Company at an exercise price per share equal to the Option Price, which Option is intended to qualify for federal income tax purposes as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code").
