Option Price Adjustment. Whenever the number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to this Option are adjusted pursuant to Section 7(a), the Option Price shall be appropriately adjusted, if applicable, by multiplying the Option Price by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be equal to the aggregate number of shares of Company Common Stock purchasable under the Option prior to the adjustment and the denominator of which shall be equal to the aggregate number of shares of Company Common Stock purchasable under the Option immediately after the adjustment.
