Factory package options must be included in the add options within the bid document and detailed specifically as to what components the package includes. Prices for options submitted by the bidder for Emergency Vehicle Lighting shall include all applicable state and federal fees and charges, not including installation. Motorcycle pricing will include installation. No additional charges or fees are admissible.
