Option Rent Notice. After receipt of Tenant's Interest Notice, Landlord shall deliver notice ("Option Rent Notice") to Tenant no less than four (4) months before the expiration of the initial Lease Term, stating the Option Rent, based on Landlord's determination of the Fair Market Rental Value of the Premises as of the date that is four (4) months before the commencement date of the Option Term.
