OPTION SUBJECT TO THE PLAN. The Option is issued pursuant to the Plan and is subject to its terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of the Plan are available for inspection during normal business hours at the principal offices of the Company. The Committee has final authority to decide, interpret, determine and calculate any and all aspects of the Plan in its sole and absolute discretion for any reason or no reason at any time and from time to time.
