Common use of Option to Accept Replacement Power Clause in Contracts

Option to Accept Replacement Power. If Seller or Purchaser provides Seller’s or Purchaser’s Curtailment Notice under Section 4.1, Purchaser may elect either to physically curtail or to purchase Replacement Power for all or any portion of the Curtailment Capacity during any or all of the Curtailment Hour(s) specified in Seller’s or Purchaser’s Curtailment Notice by giving notice in accordance with Section 5.2 or Section 5.4.
