Option to Call Warrants. The Company shall be entitled to call this Warrant if the Company's Stock trades at or above One and 35/100 Dollars ($1.35) (as adjusted for any stock dividends, splits, combinations, recapitalizations and the like with respect to the Stock) for twenty (20) out of thirty (30) consecutive Trading Days with an average daily trading volume of over 150,000 shares and there is an effective registration statement registering the shares underlying both the Series C Preferred Stock and Warrants.
