Option to extend End Date Sample Clauses

Option to extend End Date. If a party is not in breach of this agreement, that party has the option to issue a written notice to the other party in the one month period prior to the date which is 6 months from the date of this agreement to extend the End Date under this agreement to the date which is 7 months from the date of this agreement.
