Option To Prepay in Part. The Company may prepay the Note in part, and the Issuer agrees that the Trustee may accept such payments to be paid to the Trustee for deposit in the Bond Fund and used for redemption or, at the election of the Company, purchase of outstanding Bonds, in the manner and to the extent provided in the Indenture. The principal amount of each Bond so purchased, delivered or credited shall be appropriately credited by the Trustee against the obligation of the Company to make future payments on the Note.
