Option to Purchase and Sale. Seller agrees to grant to the University an option to purchase, and the University accepts this option to purchase from Seller, the Property on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be the first date upon which both Seller and the University have executed this Agreement.
