Option to Purchase the Hull 2531 Interests. (a) KNOT hereby grants to the Partnership Group the unconditional right and option to purchase for fair market value at any time within 24 months after KNOT notifies the Board pursuant to Section 8.2(a) that the Hull 2531 has been accepted by Eni, all of the Hull 2531 Interests.
