OPTION TO RENEW THE LEASE AGREEMENT. 13.1If the Lease is not cancelled by either the Landlord or the Tenant before expiry of the Lease, the Lease will automatically continue on a month to month basis and thereafter is terminable by either party giving to the other not less than 20 (twenty) business days notice to such effect.
