Common use of Option to Repair Clause in Contracts

Option to Repair. The Fund will have the option to repair or replace the covered LOSS, instead of making a payment for the LOSS under Paragraph 4. To exercise this option the Fund will notify you within thirty (30) days of receiving the itemized estimates referred to in Subparagraph 7E.
