Common use of Option Clause in Contracts

Option. This Lease shall not become effective as a lease or otherwise until executed and delivered by both Landlord and Tenant. The submission of the Lease to Tenant does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Premises, but when executed by Tenant and delivered to Landlord, the Lease shall constitute an irrevocable offer by Tenant in effect for fifteen (15) days to lease the Premises on the terms and conditions herein contained.

Option. This Lease shall not become effective as a lease or otherwise until executed and delivered by both Landlord and Tenant. The submission of the this Lease to Tenant does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Premises, but when executed by Tenant and delivered to Landlord, the this Lease shall constitute an irrevocable offer by Tenant in effect for fifteen (15) days to lease the Premises on the terms and conditions herein contained.

Option. This Lease shall not become effective as a lease or otherwise until executed and delivered by both Landlord and TenantXxxxxx. The submission of the this Lease to Tenant does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Premises, but when executed by Tenant Xxxxxx and delivered to Landlord, the this Lease shall constitute an irrevocable offer by Tenant in effect for fifteen (15) days to lease the Premises on the terms and conditions herein contained.

The submission of the Lease to Tenant does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Premises, but when executed by Tenant and delivered to Landlord, the Lease except that it shall constitute an irrevocable offer by on the part of Tenant in effect for fifteen sixty (1560) days to lease the Premises on the terms and conditions herein contained.

Option. This Lease shall not become effective as a lease or otherwise until executed and delivered by both Landlord and Tenant. The submission of the Lease to Tenant does not constitute a reservation of or option for the Premises, but when executed except that it shall, after execution by Tenant and delivered to LandlordTenant, the Lease shall constitute an irrevocable offer by on the part of Tenant in effect for fifteen (15) days to lease the Premises on the terms and conditions herein contained.
