Common use of Optional and Mandatory Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Optional and Mandatory Prepayments. (a) The Borrower may at any time and from time to time prepay any one or all of the Notes, in whole or in part, without premium or penalty, upon prior or simultaneous irrevocable notice to the Lender, specifying the Note to be prepaid, the date and the amount of prepayment. If any such notice is given, the amount specified in such notice shall be due and payable on the date specified therein. Partial prepayments shall be in an aggregate principal amount of $20,000.00 or a whole multiple thereof, or shall equal the aggregate outstanding balance of the Note being prepaid.
