Optional Contracts Assumed. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any Optional Contract not rejected by the Bridge Bank as a Retained Optional Contract will be assumed by the Bridge Bank, and included within the definition of Transferred Assets, as of the Option Effective Date (the “Transferred Optional Contracts”).
