Optional Currency Amounts. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Agent may, with respect to notices by Borrower for Revolving Credit Loans or Letters of Credit in an Optional Currency or voluntary prepayments of less than the full amount of a Loan denominated in an Optional Currency, engage in reasonable rounding (in accordance with the Agent's usual and customary Optional Currency policies) of the Optional Currency amounts requested to be loaned or repaid; and, in such event, Agent shall promptly notify Borrower and the Banks of such rounded amounts and Borrower's request or notice shall thereby be deemed to reflect such rounded amounts.
Optional Currency Amounts. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Administrative Agent may, with respect to notices by the Borrowers for Revolving Credit Loans in an Optional Currency or voluntary prepayments of less than the full amount of an Optional Currency Borrowing Tranche, engage in reasonable rounding of the Optional Currency amounts requested to be loaned or repaid; and, in such event, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrowers and the Lenders of such rounded amounts and the Borrowers’ request or notice shall thereby be deemed to reflect such rounded amounts.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, PNC Bank may, with respect to notices by TGI on behalf of the Borrowers for Optional Currency Swing Loans or voluntary prepayments of less than the full amount of an Optional Currency Swing Loan, engage in reasonable rounding of the Optional Currency amounts requested to be loaned or repaid; and, in such event, PNC Bank shall promptly notify TGI, the Administrative Agent and the Banks of such rounded amounts and Borrowers’ request or notice shall thereby be deemed to reflect such rounded amounts.

Optional Currency Amounts. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Administrative Agent may with respect to Credit Requests by the Borrower Representative for Alternate Currency Advances or notices of voluntary prepayments of less than the full amount of a LIBOR Borrowing denominated in an Alternate Currency, engage in reasonable rounding of the Alternate Currency amounts requested to be advanced or repaid; and, in such event, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrowers and the Banks of such rounded amounts and the Borrower Representative's Credit Request or notice shall thereby be deemed to reflect such rounded amounts.
