Optional Deposits by the Insurer; Notice of Waivers. (a) The Insurer shall at any time, and from time to time, with respect to a Payment Date, have the option (but shall not be required, except as provided in Article IV) to deliver amounts to the Trustee for deposit into the Collection Account for any of the following purposes: (i) to provide funds in respect of the payment of fees or expenses of any provider of services to the Issuer with respect to such Payment Date, or (ii) to include such amount as part of the Available Funds for such Payment Date to the extent that without such amount a draw would be required to be made on the Policy. Any amounts so delivered by the Insurer shall be included in Reimbursement Amounts.
