Common use of Optional Deposits by the Note Insurer Clause in Contracts

Optional Deposits by the Note Insurer. The Note Insurer shall at any time, and from time to time, with respect to a Payment Date, have the option to deliver amounts to the Trust Collateral Agent for deposit into the Collection Account for any of the following purposes: (i) to provide funds in respect of the payment of fees or expenses of any provider of services to the Issuer with respect to such Payment Date, (ii) to distribute as a component of the Principal Payment Amount to the extent that the Note Balance as of the Determination Date preceding such Payment Date exceeds the Pool Balance as of such Determination Date or (iii) to include such amount as part of the Payment Amount for such Payment Date to the extent that without such amount a draw would be required to be made on the Note Policy.
