Optional Installation Services. Optional Installations are available, for a discounted fee, in select locations and for the select products, which are subject to change at any time. The list of Supported Products that are eligible for the optional installation services is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/verizon/home-installs/. The customer must make the Supported Products intended for installation in the home accessible to the Expert, and provide a safe, non-threatening environment for the Expert to conduct the consultation. Someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times while the Expert is in the customer’s home and during the time that the installation is performed. Products must be new or fully functioning at the time of installation, and Wi-Fi access must be available for certain products to be installed. Availability of installation services is contingent on certain criteria, including product type, customer location and appointment/technician availability.
