Common use of Optional Liquidation Clause in Contracts

Optional Liquidation. Upon, or any time after, the occurrence of an Event of Default (other than an Event of Default described in Section 10.1(e)), Administrative Agent shall, at the request, or may with the consent, of the Required Purchasers, by notice to Seller and Servicer declare the Purchase Termination Date to have occurred and the Liquidation Period to have commenced and shall have all of the remedies set forth in Section 9.3 or otherwise herein or in equity or at law.

Optional Liquidation. Upon, or any time anytime after, the occurrence of an Event of Default Termination (other than an Event of Default Termination described in Section 10.1(e)), Administrative Agent shall, at the request, or may with the consent, of the Required Purchasers, by notice to Seller and Master Servicer declare the Purchase Termination Date to have occurred and the Liquidation Period to have commenced and shall have all of the remedies set forth in Section 9.3 or otherwise herein or in equity or at lawLaw.
