Optional Prepayments/Redemptions Sample Clauses

Optional Prepayments/Redemptions. Subject to the provisions of Section 1.6(b), any Company may, at its option, prepay all or a portion of the Principal Balance and thereby redeem the Note or that portion of the Note evidencing the Loan portion being prepaid, together with the accrued interest thereon and the applicable Redemption Charge as set forth in Section 1.6(c); and
