Optional Products and Services. The City may in its discretion purchase from the Company optional Products and Services beyond what is called for in the Specifications, provided that such purchase does not create unfairness so as to defeat the purpose of the Proposal statutes, and provided the City is authorized by law to make such purchases without a formal Proposal process.
Optional Products and Services. Additional Driver We apply a standard fee for each additional driver added to your rental to cover our additional insurance costs. One Way Fee May apply if you return the vehicle to a location different from the start location. You will be advised at the time of reservation if your journey is permissible. Delivery & Collection Charges Apply if you request that your rental vehicle is delivered to or collected from a location other our rental location. Insurance & Waiver Options The Rental Agreement will show if our insurance and waiver options have been accepted or declined by you or are otherwise included in your rate. We also show the per incident excess applicable to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) and the full charge for the agreed rental period, inclusive of tax. Optional equipment The Rental Agreement lists any optional equipment you have selected, such as baby/ child seats, winter tyres, Neverlost or other GPS unit, showing the full charge for the agreed rental period.
Optional Products and Services. We are not responsible for optional products or services, including insurance provided by other companies that we may make available to Cardholders. You may not refuse to pay us any amount charged to the Credit Card Account for such products, services or coverages.
Optional Products and Services. Travelport may offer optional software, products, features, services and content (collectively, “Optional Services”) to Subscriber, subject to such fees, terms and conditions as set forth by Travelport. Additionally, Travelport may not charge additional charges for enhanced Optional Services that may have previously been provided to Subscriber without charge. Subscriber’s use of any of the Optional Services, enhanced or otherwise, constitutes Subscriber’s agreement to pay Travelport its then-current charges and abide by the then-current terms and conditions for such Optional Services. A listing of Optional Services offered at any particular time, including terms and conditions of use, is available at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. If Subscriber downloads Optional Services from the Travelport download site, Subscriber will pay the fees for the Optional Services effective from the date of download. Travelport may discontinue its provision of any Optional Service upon written notice to Subscriber.

Optional Products and Services. Prices for optional products or services as described in Exhibit D Legacy Statement of Work, shall be as stated below. Detailed work shall be documented in a Statement of Work, and Contractor estimates shall be agreed upon and approved by the County’s Project Manager (or designee) prior to commencement of any work. Agreed changes may require a fully executed Amendment to the Agreement, and shall be governed by the terms and conditions in the Agreement.
Optional Products and Services. 1. The following optional products and services will be eligible for a refund if you are unable to use the product or receive the service due to denied boarding (either voluntary or involuntary) caused by an oversold flight. If the product and/or service was provided on an alternate flight, no refund will be provided. Optional products and services potentially impacted by flight oversales include but are limited to:
i. Confirmed flight change
ii. Checked bag charge
iii. Baggage fees and charges (including excess luggage, pets, sports equipment)
2. If your optional product or service purchase meets the above eligibility and you wish to submit a refund request, you will be required to mail in your original documents to Seaborne Airlines at the address below before your request can be processed: Seaborne Airlines, World Plaza Building, 9th Floor, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Avenue, San Xxxx, Puerto Rico 00918. When submitting a refund request please include: (1) the passenger’s name, (2) address, (3) the form of payment used (including the last four digits of the credit card number, if applicable), (4) the ticket number(s), (5) the date of travel, (6) the departure city and destination city, and (7) the original receipt for optional product purchase/fee payment.
Optional Products and Services. 3.2.5.1. Lessee may not provide any of the other products and services identified in the Airport’s Minimum Standards for other Operator types without written consent of Lessor.
