Optional Products and Services. The City may in its discretion purchase from the Company optional Products and Services beyond what is called for in the Specifications, provided that such purchase does not create unfairness so as to defeat the purpose of the Proposal statutes, and provided the City is authorized by law to make such purchases without a formal Proposal process.
