Optional Purchase by Servicer of Defaulted Contracts. At any time after a Contract has become and remains a Defaulted Contract, the Servicer may, at its option, purchase such Defaulted Contract from the Trust at the Repurchase Price therefor in accordance with Section 2.06(e) below.
