Common use of Optional Purchase of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Optional Purchase of Bonds. Subject to the limitations of the Indenture, the Borrower, at any time and from time to time, may furnish moneys to the Tender Agent accompanied by a notice directing that such moneys be applied to the purchase of Bonds to be purchased pursuant to Section 4.08 and Article XIV of the Indenture. Bonds so purchased shall be delivered to the Borrower in accordance with Section 14.05(a) of the Indenture.

Optional Purchase of Bonds. Subject to the limitations terms of the IndentureIndenture regarding the use of Eligible Funds, the Borrower, Company may at any time time, and from time to time, may furnish moneys to the Tender Agent accompanied by a notice directing that such moneys to be applied to the purchase of Bonds to be purchased delivered for purchase pursuant to Section 4.08 and Article XIV of the Indenture. terms thereof, which Bonds so purchased shall be delivered to the Borrower Trustee for cancellation in accordance with Section 14.05(a) of the Indenture.2.8
