Optional Purchase on Disability a) If any Shareholder who is then an employee of Major Chemical becomes permanently or totally disabled, or partially disabled for a period of twelve (12) months, Major Chemical and the remaining Shareholders will have the option to purchase all or any part of the Shares owned by the Shareholder.
