Optional Purchases by the Company. Subject to applicable securities legislation, the Company may from time to time purchase by private contract or otherwise any of the Subscription Receipts issued by it. Any Subscription Receipt Certificates representing the Subscription Receipts purchased pursuant to this Section 5.1 shall forthwith be delivered to and cancelled by the Subscription Receipt Agent and no Subscription Receipts shall be issued in replacement thereof.
