Common use of Optional Redemption at Make-Whole Price Clause in Contracts

Optional Redemption at Make-Whole Price. At any time and from time to time, the Company may, at its option, redeem all or any portion of any series of Securities at the Make-Whole Price plus accrued and unpaid interest on such Securities so redeemed to the Redemption Date.
