Optional Redemption at Make-Whole Price. At any time and from time to time prior to March 15, 2021, upon not less than fifteen (15) nor more than sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to Holders and not less than twenty (20) days’ prior written notice to the Trustee (or such shorter timeline as the Trustee may agree), the Company, at its option, may redeem the Notes, in whole or in part, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus the Applicable Premium as of, and accrued and unpaid interest to but not including the redemption date (subject to the right of Holders on the relevant record date to receive interest due on an interest payment date falling on or prior to the redemption date).
