Optional Redemption; Distribution Rate Step-Up following a Change of Control. (a) Optional Redemption on or after September 15, 2024. The Company may redeem the Series A Preferred Shares, in whole or in part, at its option, at any time or from time to time on or after September 15, 2024, at a redemption price equal to $25.00 per Series A Preferred Share, plus an amount equal to all accumulated and unpaid distributions thereon, if any, to, but excluding, the date of redemption, whether or not declared.
